Monroe County residential home inventory levels were down 11% this year compared to 2019. Year to date, 698 residential homes were sold with an average sales price of $738,673.
75 vacant land properties, 37 commercial properties, and 23 boat slips were sold year to date in Monroe County.
149 New Residential Listings were added to the market in the month of April, down 52% from last year.
165 Residential homes were sold in April, down 33% from last year.
$122 million + worth of residential real estate was sold in April this year, down 25% from last year.
The average sale price was up 11% from last year, at $743k+
Upper Keys – Key Largo to Lower Matecumbe
Year to Date: January- April 2020
409 residential new listings came on the market
225 homes were sold in the Upper Florida Keys: 11 in Lower Matecumbe, 16 in Upper Matecumbe, 45 in Plantation Key, and 153 in Key Largo.
$164 million + of residential real estate was sold in the Upper Keys.
In the month of April 2020
46 New Residential Listings came on the market
48 homes sold in the Upper Florida Keys: 6 in Lower Matecumbe, 3 in Upper Matecumbe, 17 in Plantation Key, and 40 in Key Largo.
$35 million + of residential real estate was sold in the Upper Keys.
